I'll take Volokh over Power Line any day. Sure, there's a lot of technical legal stuff, but always some interesting points on politics too.
Strictly speaking, they tend to be more "libertarian" than "conservative", but I think that most of them vote Republican most of the time, which means that they count as expanding your resources.
